 This book of arrangements is the direct result of the great variety and beauty of hymns and gospel songs available.  It contains songs from the Sacred Harp tradition as well as hymns from our English, early American and Spiritual heritage.  There are many duets for those who enjoy them; but even the songs presented as duets can be played very beautifully as solos.  Several dulcimer-playing styles are included:  strum, pick and strum, arpeggio, and finger pick.  All are in D-A-D tuning and one song requires capo.  Each arrangement includes melody line, chords, dulcimer tablature and words.  They can be played by any chord- or melody-playing instrument.
